UNLV Facilities Management is charged with maintaining all state funded buildings, which excludes auxiliary facilities such as those belonging to student life and athletics. Our services include all building maintenance trade shops, fleet services, work control, administrative services, main warehouse, custodial services, grounds maintenance, and recycling.

Custodial services employs the use of team cleaning concepts and matrix based cleaning standards established by the Association of Physical Plant Administrators to establish tasks and frequencies for each type of space (office, classroom, lab, hallway, restroom, etc), commensurate with available funding.
